Foundation-led Initiatives are long-term systemic efforts focused on specific social issues. These efforts are initiated, led, and monitored closely by the Foundation. Foundation-led initiatives focus on systemic change, have a high level of board and staff involvement, include outcome evaluation, and target policy change that leads to improved funding.
