Strategic Collaborations are led by a collaborative group that includes the Foundation. Together, we find ways to improve or streamline community services. The Foundation’s investments may not always take the form of significant funding, but may instead be reflected in extensive staff time to research and develop the approach. Because these programs may take a few years to get off the ground, they may be funded for multiple years, are typically invited proposals, and are ultimately designed to run on their own. Processes are evaluated and refined over time.
Strategic collaborations are directly linked to the Foundation’s strategic goals. For examples, please see our annual reports.
